BEN CHARLTON

Founded on a set of core values and well-developed principles, Unveil was formed in 2015. The firm is based upon a simple vision and tireless pursuit of its mission when investing into businesses. Having experienced both success and failure during his career, Ben founded Unveil to share knowledge and experience to support the growth of owner managed businesses through the development of their leadership, strategy and growth aspirations.

Ian has held various management and leadership roles whilst supporting businesses across multiple sectors in various global locations. He has a broad range of experience in supporting owner-managed businesses through various lifecycles. From organic start-ups in new regions, to the implementation of effective financial and commercial strategies in established and complex organisations, to buy and sell-side M&A activities, Ian supports businesses in the pursuit of their strategic and financial objectives.

Coming into unveil boasting a university degree in Finance, Luther has quickly found his footing and has been a reliable pillar of support for the businesses he is involved with. Currently tasked with handling the day-to-day responsibilities, Luther has a bright future and is an asset to Unveil and the business communities we serve.
MITCH CATTERALL

Adult learning & curriculum design expert, coaching & mentoring sherpa, podcasts & professional media wizard.
Joining the team at Unveil Development Partners in 2023 as a coach, creative partner, and L&D specialist, has allowed me to apply my years of education experience to the reinvention and redesign of Learning & Development needs within the business and SME community. Of course, there is a much longer story behind this.
My career in learning and education began in 2007 and continues through to the present day. I have been fortunate to build and develop my education skills across a number of dynamic and exciting businesses, holding leadership positions since 2018.
As a university lecturer and curriculum designer since 2015, I have designed new higher education courses, delivered content, and created a significant impact across a range of tertiary education providers in Australia and abroad (including Taiwan, South Korea, and India).
In 2023 I completed my Ph.D - specialising in Interactive Composition - which was awarded the Melbourne Conservatorium Director's Award for Exceptional Doctoral Research.

In his role as Community Development Parnter, Eddie is responsible for growing our global partner base and the continual development of our tech-enabled solutions which allow us to deliver tangible and lasting impact.
As a proud GlobalScot, Eddie's career so far has spanned across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. The strength and depth of Eddie's industry connections is a real testament to the values he lives by and the deliberate impact he offers to our community.

With a high level of expertise in business structuring, business acquisitions/disposals and business planning, coupled with a broad range of experience in dealing with businesses from start-ups through to listed companies, on both an Australian and international basis, Dominic has amassed a wealth of experience in understanding what makes a great business and focusses on partnering with businesses in an action focussed, yet light hearted manner.
