THE SITUATION

As one of Australia’s leading family-owned construction and engineering companies, Georgiou Group is knowing for delivering excellence across all their projects. The company engaged Unveil to supercharge their L&D offering, with a large cohort of leaders that needed targeted, tailored, and practical training.

OUR APPROACH

Through a collaborative discovery, we discovered that Georgiou’s needs were deeply tied with practical application: generic leadership courses would not be suitable for such a diverse cohort, in such a specific industry.

Co-designing the material alongside Georgiou’s L&D and P&C teams, we created a practically-driven, industry-specific leadership course that embedded their Value, vocabulary, and approaches into the material itself.

This eventuated in a course that was targeted, practical, and aligned with Georgiou’s values, while allowing leaders to feel the impact on their teams from Day 1.

With over 100 years of history providing legal services to Melbourne’s reigonal areas, Aspire is a well-established and innovative legal powerhouse. Aspire engaged Unveil’s services from 2021 to 2024, to help navigate a complex shareholder restructure, guiding a rebranding effort, and driving a people-focused approach to the firm’s strategy.
