We collect and use personal information to:

04Direct marketing and communications

Where you give us your contact details, for example by submitting a form on our website, taking a diagnostic, or downloading a resource, we may use those details to send you marketing communications about our services, including newsletters, insights, event invitations and offers.

We will only send commercial electronic messages where we have your consent, whether that consent is express or reasonably inferred from your dealings with us, as permitted under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by using that link or by emailing admin@unveildp.com. We will action opt-out requests within five business days. Opting out of marketing does not stop communications that relate directly to a service we are delivering to you.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

05Cookies, analytics and advertising tools

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure the performance of our advertising. The tools we currently use include:

• Meta Pixel. Measures actions taken on our website that result from Facebook and Instagram advertising, and allows us to show ads to relevant audiences. Meta handles this data under its own data policy.
• GoHighLevel. Our customer relationship and marketing platform. Form submissions, contact records and marketing communications are stored and managed here.
• Vercel. Hosts our website and processes standard server request data, including IP address.

You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage advertising preferences through the settings offered by Meta and other platforms. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of our website work.

06Data aggregation and de-identification

• Clients retain ownership of their raw data and confidential information.
• Unveil may use engagement data in aggregated and de-identified form for benchmarking, research, and product and service development.
• No individual, business or identifiable information will be published or disclosed without prior written consent.

Unveil retains intellectual property in aggregated and derived datasets, provided no client or individual is identifiable within those datasets.

07Disclosure of personal information

We may disclose personal information:

• To trusted service providers and platforms that support our operations, for example diagnostics, analytics, customer relationship management and hosting
• Where required or authorised by law
• With your consent

Where third-party platforms are used, information may be handled under those platforms' privacy policies. Unveil only receives the outputs required to deliver its services, often in aggregated or de-identified form.

We do not sell personal information.

08Overseas disclosures

Some third-party platforms we use may store data outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information in a manner consistent with Australian privacy obligations.

No system is completely secure, and Unveil cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted electronically.

• Raw client data is securely deleted after 7 years unless otherwise required by law.
• De-identified and aggregated data may be retained for benchmarking and research purposes.
